Atish Gupta
Atish is an experienced intellectual property (IP) professional specializing in patent portfolio development and strategy execution. His expertise includes innovation harvesting, assessment, IP creation, and search capabilities. He has worked with organizations of various sizes to develop IP portfolios and implement patent strategies, leveraging his understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions aligned with business and IP objectives.
Before joining CHIP LAW GROUP, Atish spent over a decade at Evalueserve India, assisting Fortune 500 clients in generating IP portfolios across diverse technology areas. He led a team of 25+ IP professionals, managing a portfolio of 5,000+ patents and pending applications. Atish drafted and reviewed numerous patent applications and office action responses for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He also developed training content to establish IP capabilities for professionals and supported sales representatives in promoting IP services globally.
At Evalueserve, Atish prepared IP service frameworks for business development, managed internal processes, and integrated automation tools into IP creation processes. Previously, he worked at CPA Global India (now Clarivate) for 3+ years, providing innovation assessment and IP search services.
Atish holds a Master's degree in Electronics and has worked on hundreds of patent projects across various technologies, including AI, machine learning, blockchain, IoT, telecommunications, computer architecture, security, image/audio/video processing, circuits, semiconductor devices, consumer electronics, gaming, medical devices, and automotive systems. He also has software and hardware development experience, including embedded and data acquisition systems.

Radhika Sharma
Radhika Sharma is a seasoned intellectual property strategist with over a decade of experience in global patent prosecution. As a former senior professional at Honeywell and Evalueserve, she has built a distinguished career crafting sophisticated Office Action responses for Fortune 500 clients across multiple jurisdictions, including Europe, Japan, Korea, China, Brazil, Canada, and India.
At Evalueserve, Radhika emerged as a thought leader, developing comprehensive training programs and mentoring colleagues in advanced patent prosecution techniques. Her transition to Honeywell saw her further refine her expertise in multi-jurisdictional patent strategy, where she consistently delivered favorable outcomes for complex technological innovations.
Recognized for her strategic approach to intellectual property protection, Radhika's expertise spans beyond prosecution to include IP intelligence, portfolio analysis, and licensing. She brings particular strength to patentability assessments, invalidity analyses, and freedom-to-operate searches. Her experience extends to M&A support, where she provides critical insights through competitive portfolio analysis and asset valuation.
Sumit Sharma
Sumit Sharma is a seasoned intellectual property (IP) professional with over a decade of experience at the intersection of technology innovation and patent strategy. At CHIP Law Group, he partners with clients to strengthen their IP portfolios and optimize prosecution strategies across diverse technological domains.
In his previous role at Evalueserve, Sumit led specialized teams drafting and reviewing Office Action responses for Fortune 500 clients, ensuring their patent portfolios remained strategically aligned and optimally protected.
